Can the upper intake elbow (plenum) from a ford mustang fit a crown vic of the same model year and engine size? - mustang intake

I have a 2001 Crown Vic and I have a 75mm throttle body on it, but I need the upper intake plenum of the property to the increasing size trick flow accelerators, that Parliament has taken, but the sale as a full-Ford Mustang 4.6L 2v. Mustang air intake on the passenger side of my engine compartment and Vic is the driver's side.
